Hey guys, im going to the local dunes next weekend for one of the biggest weekends of the year and they have a dyno for 50 bucks so im gonna throw it on there and see what it makes at the rear wheels. I was gonna see if you guys wanna make any stabs at what its going to produce. Seemed like a fun game. The mods are as follows

Standard bore fresh topend, Ring gap was set at .012
Squish clearance is set at .038
Kicking compression is 190psi
Ported and polished, the exhaust height has been raised 2.25 mm and intake opened
Boyesen rad valve with carbon fiber reeds
40.5 mm smooth bore keihn carb, 48 pilot and 275 main
clamp on filter
DG national pipe and silencer

I did a similiar 1985 honda 250r like this a few years ago and made 45rwhp
Let me know what ya think

I will guess 40 at the wheels. I think your pipe will be the limiting factor.

thanks for the input, I have read that the dg pipes really hinder performance but i raced my buddies lt 450r with a yosh pipe, programmer and k&n with my stock head pipe and dmc silencer and the race was dead even, I installed the brand new dg headpipe and silencer and it pulls him thru every gear and expecially on top end now. Very impressive if you ask me. My buddies 89 trx 250r with a fresh ct 350 and esr trx 9 center mount pipe doesnt pull me at all till top gear. Im very happy with my first tecate build
