ATC 250R front forks on a ATC 200x

I bought a '85 ATC 200x with 250r front forks attached and I already went out on a day on the trails with it and it performed awesome :D , but i kinda want to know if that is dangerous to have different forks like that, like could it just fall apart on me on the trails?

Good score, no as long as they were properly installed they will not fall off. Xlnt question better to be safe than sorry. I would just tighten all the bolts and put front end air pull on forks at bottom to check for steering head play. There are probably 2 allen screws on the bottom side of forks you should tighten SLIGHTLY also.
