Hi my names Chris, I'm from the Stratford area in Ontario, Canada. I'm here looking to buy a trike. A fixer upper. I work on cars, trucks, motorcycles, anything with a motor succumbs to my wrath.

Prices seem to be going up so now is better than later.
I believe there is a way to buy them in the us and bring them home to Canada
but you'll need some good documentation to convince the border agents that they're
'legal'.

Yeah the prices of toys always increases with the temperature... I'm diligent though, I'll find something. As far as ordering from the US, i could just go there and pick up a trike. I'm a status Indian. :)

Status or not there is still an export process from US and import to Canada..your status may exempt you from taxation but the rules are still the same!!

Get caught on the way out with a trike not properly exported and its a big fine and trike is gone..it's a status card, not a 'get out of jail free' card..

Don't just assume, you'll get burned!! Customs officers prey on people who don't know the rules.
