Hey, Bought a 250es donor bike for a fatcat project and was originally looking to do a chain drive setup. Now on researching a little i have realised that shaft drive is a good option anyway and seeing as i have the complete 250es motor there then why ruin a good thing hey? Looks like the Donor bike i bought minus the rear end is gonna come up short!. . If anyone here in aus has a 250es swingarm, tail shaft, swinger bushes, or other rear end parts that would be fantastic. i dont need them to be straight of in real good nick, as im going to cut the swinger up and butcher it anyway. the tail shaft i only need the front half ish of with the spline and some shaft left to make a hybrid one joined to whatever diff i end up using. still need to find a bike shaft drive swinger and diff too! This is gonna get involved i think! If anyone can help please let me know, i can pay post etc, or pickup if your in south east qld. just overseas post is quite pricey and id hate to ruin ever more rare good parts if i can get a hold of broken ones and still get the job one.

Would be nice to network with enthusiasts here in Qld and Nsw as well. I dont know anyone here that is into trikes, short of those i have built and sold to people!

I have a parts frame (litterly) with a swing arm, looks like the inside got full of mud and rusted it a bit, but still very usable. I'm from the USA though, so idk what kind of prices would be expected to AU.
Update:
Holy crap is shipping expensive lol. 20 pound package would cost $120.34 USD to ship O.o. Maybe it would be cheaper from someone Europe if you cant find someone in AU.

Just stripped down the frame and realised the motor is just about buggered. Might have to look to other options. Postage here and prices of stuff are crazy. 20 dollar wrangler jeans cost 20 dollars to post here, but it still works out 60 bucks cheaper than buying them in an aussie shop. most of my trike stuff comes from usa ebay or stores. no one really gets into them here unless they are enthusiasts like us, and even then the market is quite small. to the most they are just dangerous old three wheelers. What would i owe ya for the swinger and hardware that fits it to the frame? you wouldnt know of a diff and tailshaft anywhere either would ya?

I would be looking for $30 for the swing arm + bearing/bolts that hold it in, and a drive shaft that is from it. The drive shave feels tight, but one direction of the U joint has a bit of resistance. I would have to take the frame apart to get the shipping weight.
Might sound crazy, but if you order a lot of stuff from the usa, I would think shipping them all to a single location in the usa, then shipping everything together overseas would be cheaper.
