hey, I have a 1985 atc250es minus running gear and have found a buggy for sale that has a 1996 trx250 rear end as the running gear. they have pretty much just chopped it off at the tank and welded it to the back of a chinese buggy. i know people have done threads on doing a trx300 swap, and mentioned issues with the final drive etc. The trx 250 looks very very similar if not identical to the atc from the photos, i was wondering if the swingarm box etc would come close to fitting straight in if i keep it all complete or whether im on the wrong track. was going to do a fatcat project but the motor is pretty ratshit from what i can tell and if i can pull this off with the trx driveline ill have one more trike resurrected from the grave! If anyone has done this any advice would be great :) thanks, Pete.
