i have not seen one of these before on any atc. I've seen windshield u can put on. it looks more like it would go on a sportsbike or on a enduro dirtbike or somthing.

"Factory original race fairing" What a riot. It has nice big DG stickers on it rite from the Honda factory. Must cut down on wind resistance for racing too. Boy, I guess I learned something new today.

That is a hondaline fairing, someone stuck the Dg stickers on there. You have to remember that back in the day, there weren't esr, lrd and all the other pipes around. Alot of people back in the aircooler days ran Dg pipes, including a good many factory honda riders. Me and 3wheelsforever were talking about theses fairings on chat the other night, he has the maier or some aftermarket one, and it doesn't have the clear windshield part but is shaped somewhat the same. They were pretty much exclusively used in the desert races back in the early 80's on 250rs and a few 200x's too. I don't guess they are very pretty, but they give a bike that mad max look LOL. I bet if you were racing the baja though, that it would be worth it's weight in gold keeping sand and small lizards and such out of the teeth HAHHAHA. Even though I don't know that I'd run one on a trike, it is still a cool oldschool part no doubt.

I totally agree with ya WP. I think its cool to find some old school parts. It may not look the coolest but I like having one just considering its an older part. Ive been on this site for almost 1 year now and out of all the posts and looking on ebay Ive probably only seen about 3 of these.
