169639Hi...this forum is totally awesome. I just got my first trike yesterday. I am totally addicted.
It is a 1985 Honda 350x all stock and beat up but it is too much fun. This forum actually helped me make up my mind on going for this beauty....I love it and can't wait to get to know every one. Cheers!

Cool starter trike..most guys, me included, start on something less then work up..
Hate to disappoint you but all other trikes will pale by comparison.
Have fun and see safe..Doug

Likely the BEST all-around trike ever built. Torque monster with a soft ride... WIN - WIN ! !
Welcome to the forum.

Good thinkin'.
Ya can't go wrong.
It will always be worth what you paid and more.
Don't worry about what it looks like.
Lots of folks keep ratty plastics on them and keep nice parts in the garage
for pictures and parties.
The only problem most of us have is trying not to get more.
Nicer looking than most of mine and it has enough fenders left to keep mud out of the back of your shoes.
Not sure about the oil filters on those but I know it's always a good idea to keep the gas tank full to avoid condensation.
How far is Aloha from the dunes?

This makes me kinda sad.....I was already looking for more cool vintage stuff. Already had my eye on a 1984 200x

Aloha is 2 hours to dunes and 25 minutes to mud...not too concerned about the looks really as long as it runs perfect!

See what I mean?
Increments of 2 will keep your tire numbers even.
I cover my outside machines with camo or they'll act like duck decoys and attract more.
Lots of people need to have a 200x around, ya know, just for emergencies and friends etc etc.
Just check the rear swing arm bearings on the 200x.
ez to change and pretty cheap to do but hit the search key for other
things to look for, but don't wait too long.
We've ALL missed good deals by mere minutes and overthinking.

The 200x is in pieces. But it is only about $100.so I don't see any reason not to get it. I think it's 75% complete probably try to get it on Saturday and fix it up this summer.
I have seen some of the posts here about prices and maybe I am just lucky but things seem way cheaper here in Oregon. I didn't pay near what I saw people "bragging" about their "deals"
So yes I can see this getting out of hand in a hurry!
