This thing has been a pain in my rear! Talking about frustrating, you can't even put the airbox tube on the carburetor with the carburetor and airbox installed. It's just tight as hell in there and changing jets are gonna require a twelve pack of beer, a thousand swear words and an extra set of hands to change! Thankfully the trike God's are watching over me cause the Jetting is almost perfect with the jets that came in the carburetor! It fired right up and idled great without touching a thing! Blipping the throttle and it revs a lot faster then before and crisper but I don't have a ride report yet, cause I gotta head to work. Hopefully it will be all dialed in by the end of the weekend.

Its not that bad...just got to ease it in there...LOL. I would get a main get removing tool from Jets r us. To change the pilot you just loosen the airbox tube strap and twist the carb 45 degrees so you can open up the bottom. I assume you put this on your 85 250R? If so, its the exact same mod I just did.

UPP intake makes 38mm carb removal and installation ALOT easier! I highly recommend it. Few more bucks to spend but well worth it.
I'm running the UPP intake and the ESR machined down carb for a proper/easy fit with the airbox connector tube... I have no trouble with my carb at all...
