I got a 74 ATC90 and the rear fenders are just plain hosed... Has the usual cracks behind the seat, but also has cracks across under and next to the seat cushion as well, its just BAD...

I know of a 79-82 set of Maier rears that i could get for it, but i don't know if it would work. I would have to swap over all the hardware, the latch and such, and my seat foam is ok just needs a new cover. But would i be able to put that year of 110 fenders on there and keep the 74 tank?

Just looking for options. I think eventually i might take the rears to a guy that does fiberglass and see what he says. Other than the cracks its in ok shape down around the wheels, not broken off at the corners or anything.

you can use any up to 82 or 83 . 84 went to the wrap around the tank seat. they 79-82 need A seat pan

Tank is no issue at all from 1970-82 , some mount a little different but I'm sure you can handle that . The atc90 seat brackets were fixed to the fenders with rivets and their a little different than the 110 so if you use 79-82 110 fenders and seat you need the fender brackets as well .

Ok so if i wanted to change it to plastic 79-82 110 fenders i would need the fenders to be complete with all the hardware or obtain the hardware for it as well as a seat and seat pan? I know the 90 seat is different also.

I have to look at my options. The original fenders are really rough, not only cracked in the back but across the right side where it meets the seat as well. I know a good fiberglass guy could probably fix it but i am not that good with fiberglass and the local shops are talking stupid money to fix it. I could go buy a brand new 110 fender set and seat for what these shops want to fix them.

You got it )))) the fenders have to match the seat and pan . I have 110 fenders 79-82 , New and used complete seats with pans and brackets but shipping is a little expensive .

Yeah i know shipping is the killer on buying these pieces!

I will keep you in mind though for parts. I would like to keep it original with the fenders it came with but its a challenge. I will try to get them taken off this weekend and take some pictures for you guys to see what i am dealing with. It's raining again here today so i haven't had a chance to go out and untarp it and get the fenders off and inside. To many other projects taking my time.
