Plus.... If you look close the frame and wheels have obviously been repainted. There is a bit of silver paint on the tires, and the frame looks roughly coated, like almost paint brush applied, that or they sprayed over it without cleaning it good first.

I suspect the tank is repainted with repo decals too.
