Rear fenders question... some quad knowledgle necessary

Are 1985 TRX 125 rear fenders the same as ATC 125 fenders? They look similar, but are they the SAME? I know the seat is different... Will the ATC seat bolt up to the TRX fenders and look right?

I never tried it,but I am saying a 98% no it won't work.. Only one way to know for sure!

They have the exact same fenders. I have both sitting outside.
