I give it 2 wheelies before the fr axle caves under... What a mess. AT least it's an International! How appropriate.

Definitely NOT legal. Although many potential buyers were born at night, they weren't born last night. It kills me how people make stuff up just to make a sale.

I think you are right... I didn't even consider that. If I recall correctly, a bike that will go faster than 35 or 40 mph (no expert here), it requires registration, insurance, and a motorcycle operator's license to be ridden within the limits of NYS law.

In Pennsylvania to ride a motorized cycle there are a few limits here if i remember correctly. A moped may be ridden on the streets without a motorcycle license under two circumstances, it must be under 49cc's and it must have pedals to be considered a moped. If it doesnt meet them standards, its considered a scooter, which you need a motorcycle license. Now getting a motorcycle permit is super easy, just take the test and you got it. You just cant have passengers and you cant ride at night. Taking the license test is easier than a car. Figure 8's, reverse, simple maneuvers.
Thats all if my memory serves me right. Correct me if im wrong.

Yeah your right about that. Not sure about the food pedal part? But you have to have a valid PA drivers license too. I forgot where I read that at? It was a long time ago

I read it all on the PA DMV website a while back. I have a 80cc 2-stroke motor in a beach style cruiser pedal bike frame. Cops dont bother me. I mean really all you got to do is when you see a cop kill the engine and start pedaling. :naughty:

Until you pedal past them at 25 mph on a 90 degree day and you aren't sweating. Lol. I doubt they would mess with you over a 80cc motor in a bicycle. That is unless you are being an idiot on it.

Cops here have more important stuff to worry about, as long as you obey the rules of the road they wont say a word. Would probably think its neat. I know i do and everyone who stopped me to ask how i did it. Plus my dads a cop, all the other cops are over my house now and then and for the holidays so im in pretty good with the heat.

The cc's are not stamped on the engine, it looks just like a 49cc one to most people. It has a clutch but only one gear. You pedal up to speed then let the clutch out. So you can get up to like 40mph on a good road but definitely not any wheelies or burnouts. Does good uphill too. I posted a thread with a pic on here before. Yardsale find.
I built this bike over the summer because i couldn't drive
'couldn't drive'? Im thinking it was DUI, because only a drunk person would build something like that and call it legal
