Lots of heat at the threads of the axle and fork down tube , the 2 dissimilar metals have welded them selves together and HOPFULLY the axle spacers aren't stuck .

Heat, penetrating oil, long bar..all great, but I personally have never had one refuse to come apart with my impact gun and a good 17" impact socket..
Once it even took the threads out of the fork, but it came out just the same!!

I had one of these buggers not long ago, I used my dad's "big bertha" impact (1 inch lol). Yea, it did nothing :(. Had to setup the forks in my dad's truck rack where it couldn't spin, and used a solid 1 inch breaker bar with the impact stock and a 5 foot pipe to get it to come out (yes I hit it with heat too). Good news for me, it unthreaded fine, bad news... the brake back plate was the problem child :(. I destroyed the hub trying to press the bolt out and still sits together in the scrap pile.
