Haven't seen that clip yet, I'm 99% sure the one with the white colorful tank has a 250cc 4stroke motor in it. I think the same guy has a handful of neat 250r related machines too. Lots of videos on there from that guy/ that group riding th.e streets and country side of Japan

Riding full speed with an engine like that in a little 70 without no helmet would definitely make me pucker up a little bit. Hell I ride in 2nd gear going up the hill behind my house to get to the trails and it handles like crap, especially turning. They are going pretty fast around those turns.

Those all look wider than stock. I have taken some sharp fast turns riding around on my brothers 250cc powered 70 and it's a little wider than stock and handles like its on rails.
