200x winter project, engine build questions.

I'm going to build a 200x motor, what type of intake, exhaust internal parts and bore size do you recommend, and what would the estimated cost be? Any opinions suggestion or advice is greatly appreciated, or even point me in the right direction of previous post/discussions on this topic
