Honda ported cylinder by B&B

can anyone tell my anything about the B&B cylinders are they good? are they junk? do they still make them? who is B&B? any help would be appreciated.

Well since nobody seems to know I would assume it was done locally wherever it was originally from.
I've seen signatures before on a couple dirtbikes my neighbors had and also had no clue.
