atc 110 carb question...should this bottom screw be tight

hey guys, just confirming something with this bike.

that bottom screw on the very lower left side in the pic (down near the bowl) is gasketed and should be screwed in tight?

Looks like a drain screw. If you un-screw it, does gas drain out? I think it's supposed to be snug.

Yes, MonkFox is right. That's definitely the drain screw for the float bowl. It needs to be snug or you'll be leaking fuel out the bottom of the carb!

ok sweet. i did unscrew it to drain the bowl, but nothing came out so wasnt sure what it was...turned out my bowl must have been empty...it was brass and ' pointed ' shaped (like a bullet) , jus didnt know it was some secret jet or pilot or whatever...
