Does such an animal exist? Something to prevent what I'm experiencing....which is bolts and nuts almost welded together by rust. So is there anything I can coat the threads with that will make some of these jobs easier in the future for myself, or even the future owner of my 3 wheeler?

Yes, there are products for anti-seize. Food grade and non-food grade. Look up Permatex, they have a good non food grade product.

Not sure of any automotive products but where I work we are a distributor of Oilfield supplies and we sell something from South Coast products called Thredon 304 Copperhead. Just Google it and you should find their site. If it is good enough for the Oil rigs it should be good enough for some small nuts and bolts. I don't think you can buy from them direct but you should find something like this in your nearest Oilfield Supply store. If they don't have Copperhead they should have some type of "Anti-seize products".

I use a little bit of grease on every bolts thread, agaist every contact area of a nut also. read silkoline grease for like steering bearings. never had an issure. helps to choose stainless steel bolts over crappy zink coated too.
hope that helps.

I used Permatex ceramic brake caliper lube on my 2 ATC's stainless bolt kits. Its not messy like never seize and does not harden and get crusty. I use the HI temp stuff thats purple.

Just plain ol antisieze. Ay parts store has their own brand, permatex, and many others. I use Caterpillar, as a friend of mine works there and gets me any shop supplies I could dream of.
