Ive been reading and searching about cams for my atc 110, I have a performance cam for a points motor can I use this cam in my CDI motor? Compairing the two the points cam has a shorter shaft than the cdi one.

Yes you can use it. Just use a slightly longer bolt to hold on the advancer.

Do I need to use some washers or a spacer to make up for the shaft length?

No spacer needed just a longer 6mm bolt .
