I have a grandson who is going to be 3 years old in January. I am looking for something to use or make or buy that I can use to control how much throttle he can use. He is big enough to reach the gear shift lever but I want to limit the speed. He likes to push the throttle all the way when he is riding with me. Any ideas? Did Honda make anything for this?

The newer 70s had a throttle stop, or you can drill a hole in the back and weld a nut on, I did that for my daughter when she started riding my 73.

Thanks blue27. I will do that tomorrow.
