I went with a front rack winch for mine. Ive done about 10 inches so far no issues. I love when it snows now, like a challenge!

man those are awesome. wish i had the money right now to buy all the metal and parts and build it out like that .right now i have now money invested. the guy gave me the plow and i had some metal layin around for such an event. thorpe , if this doesnt work out ill be stealing your design . nice work. kintore, love the winch .:beer

I am using leniar actuators from ebay 113.00 for a pair auto-lift and auto angle best way to go...works awesome ans fast!!!!....just my opinion
