shindy 03-015 carb kit question

my 85 250es I just bought is a little harder to start in the cold . I did research on here and found out the starter jet is smaller on the 85's and need to be either replaced with a larger one of drilled out to like .080 - .085mm . I also found that the shindy kit # 03-015 might come with the new bigger starter jet ? has anyone ordered this kit recently and 1.) does a starter jet come with it , and 2.) is it the bigger size ? thanks a lot - Art :wondering

The start jet is not included in the rebuild kits. I did a tutorial several weeks ago on rebuilding the ES/SX carbs. I addressed the start jet in post #3.
