182385182386182387182388182389182390182391182392 This is how i built mine ,i built a frame to bolt to the red at motor mount and foot peg, and then built a frame for the plow that attaches with two bolts, so i can attatach and detatch in less than 5 min. with 2 bolts and 2 wire connections. the frame that is bolted to the red can stay on all the time and not be in your road while riding during the winter, come summer time you can take it of if you want with 4 bolts in about 15 mins. the actuators work great and it makes it a blast when it snows...:beer

thats not too bad at all, have ya run into any traction issues? or has it not seen the first plow action yet?. my 200s is not all that good in the snow but im also running trailpro lol. the tires you have would perform 100X better in the snow

the northeast just got hit pretty good with snow, i was digging out all of my neighbors this morning lol, woulda been the perfect time to use the trike plow!.

I used to have an endless supply of actuators like those (from the old satellite dishes) and always thought about using one to angle the plow on my quad but never did get around to it. It looks like it worked out nicely nice job.

Badarss Jay!!! Those will save your arms over that winch................I am still workin' on my swivel for mine. That is a really great idea you have implemented there buddy!! Do the actuators move fairly quick or are they slow????

thanks buddy they are kinda slow 12mm/s but I am in the prosess of fabbing up another one,BIGGER PLOW AND FASTER ACTUATORS, im going to start on it over Christmas break since I got 2 weeks off I found some 30mm/s actuators and still looking for faster ones...I figure I will sell this one after the first of the year when I get the new bigger and faster one done

Very slick setup, good idea tying the lift to the rear rack! But please, get a boot for your driveshaft, or at least wrap it up good with duct tape:lol:

Very nice. You above and beyond what most look like. I had built one for my SX a couple years ago and it works great for me.
I also have a suggestion for you on the weight. I took another set of SX rims and put some cheaper more aggressive tires on but first I put tubes in the tires and filled the tires with windshield washer fluid as it won't freeze and gives you a lower center of gravity for pushing. Plus it doesn't weigh down the back of the trike to make it harder to turn.

thank you....and I do use winsheild washer fluid but I really like the way these bite and dig...but if I have issues I have other tires and washer fluid.....I am a ferm belever in washer fluid

We use used antifreeze in the front tire of the pulling bikes or calcium EATHER way make sure you put it in a tube or it will kill the rims
