I got my 3 wheelers out and done some cleaning while off for Christmas and thought I would get a picture of my air cooled Rs all lined up. Still enjoy riding them as much as any atv I have. http://i811.photobucket.com/albums/zz40/stroberts22/DSC03541_zps2622213f.jpg (http://s811.photobucket.com/user/stroberts22/media/DSC03541_zps2622213f.jpg.html)

Thanks. Here's some recent pictures of my 300r. I rebuilt it 4 years ago and it has held up pretty well. The only problem I've had is 3rd gear went out of it but I fixed it while I've been off. I also need to replace the hoses on the carb. I've rode this one the most as you can tell by the grips that are wore out. All my other pictures have been posted before. http://i811.photobucket.com/albums/zz40/stroberts22/DSC03531_zps7ab72b59.jpg (http://s811.photobucket.com/user/stroberts22/media/DSC03531_zps7ab72b59.jpg.html)http://i811.photobucket.com/albums/zz40/stroberts22/DSC03533_zps0d468436.jpg (http://s811.photobucket.com/user/stroberts22/media/DSC03533_zps0d468436.jpg.html)http://i811.photobucket.com/albums/zz40/stroberts22/DSC03532_zps1ceea9b2.jpg (http://s811.photobucket.com/user/stroberts22/media/DSC03532_zps1ceea9b2.jpg.html)http://i811.photobucket.com/albums/zz40/stroberts22/DSC03534_zps7c993dc7.jpg (http://s811.photobucket.com/user/stroberts22/media/DSC03534_zps7c993dc7.jpg.html)http://i811.photobucket.com/albums/zz40/stroberts22/DSC03536_zpsf342bc3f.jpg (http://s811.photobucket.com/user/stroberts22/media/DSC03536_zpsf342bc3f.jpg.html)http://i811.photobucket.com/albums/zz40/stroberts22/DSC03535_zpsa9bbb7b1.jpg (http://s811.photobucket.com/user/stroberts22/media/DSC03535_zpsa9bbb7b1.jpg.html)

What silencer do you have on the 300?
I know i've ask you before, but what is that intake and where do i get one?
I have some extra Honda carb hose you can have for free...let me know.

The pipe and silencer is a Bassani. For some reason they work the best on these engines. I've tried several. The intake is a cheetah banshee intake made by chariot.http://www.ebay.com/itm/Chariot-Banshee-Cheetah-Billet-Intakes-36-41-carbs-CHEETAH-ONLY-NOT-DM-/281144207300?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item41758027c4&vxp=mtr
The bad thing it will need to be machined to get the carb level.

Wow, By the looks of it, you've spent a fair amount of time and $$$ on those machines. They look great!! Even the one you ride most looks so clean!! Thanks for sharing.

When I built these bikes no expense was spared. The only thing that helps is being able to do the work yourself. No way I could of afford to have someone else do the work and chances are they would of half way done it. You want something done right you got to do it yourself. The axle is just stock but it has G Force ex 400ex hubs. http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw=atc+250r&_osacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=p2045573.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.X400ex+extend ed+hubs&_nkw=400ex+extended+hubs&_sacat=0
The 360 and 350 have ex Nasa axles.

I agree totally, I'm doing my '85 350x now. Its already expensive enough doing it yourself. :)

As always man I love your bikes! That middle fooler is the real monster for anyone unaware, it's got one of if not the largest top end I know of ever bolted to a fooler motor. Your an awesome builder!

Monster it is!!! I've watched it at flat river out run my buddies LT500 quadzilla and a TPC 450r trike a year or so back. Matter of fact, watching his 2nd gen is what motivated me to build mine!

where'd he come in contact with a TPC out in these parts? I didnt know any riders in the midwest had one. But ya, seeing that at St Joe this last spring was cool; its so clean! hard to tell its not a stock fooler if you dont know better lol

Fire 1 brought his TPC out that day but the carrier bearing where going down on it. The quadzilla was a nice machine. He couldn't believe that I was beating him. It takes a heavily modified 450 to beat it on the sand at St Joes.

He has the nicest TPC ever built imo. His stays true to the roots of a 3 wheeler and Honda.

Hey stroberts I found one of those Chariot intakes on ebay before I saw this thread and I was worried that the angle would be incorrect(still bought it anyway)...when you said you had to have it machined, do you have any specific dimensions or did you just eyeball it? And was that just for the 1st gen R's or you think it'd have to be machined for the 2nd gen too?..I realize the engines are the exact same but the frames are slightly different..I was hoping I might be able to get the angle right with a spacer but I dunno...and I'll be using either my pj34 or pwk38 if that helps..

The angle needs to be 20-21 degrees to get it to work. The rubber boot holes have to be welded up and re drilled in the right location and proper angle.
