Until a package of hubs is produced to get new blood involved. Its just the few who have the old equipment that will make the gate. Unfortunate but that's life without the ability to make your own to join in the fun.

Well Tri-Z250, try to find the stuff on ebay or craigs list . It's out there, and in the mean time I will make a couple calls to see if and what is still available.

Veteran's Auditorium, That's where they used to hold the event. I think now it's The Jacobson building at the fairgrounds.

Vets is where we always raced on coke syrup since Back in the day 80's. The county owns it and turned it into an offices and a freekin Ball Room HA! We use to race in the horse pavilion , on dirt and smaller, at the state fair grounds every Saturday night from 1st of October to the end of March every year except when we had the specials (Coke syrup or Arena crosses) at Veterans ( Vets), auditorium. The Races were always Videoed and I am trying to get them so I can put them on CD and post the videos! The Jacobson building was enclosed about 6 years ago and we have held 2 Coke syrup races there. It is a very nice venue. They Should Name it JIM WHITE Memorial Battle @ the Barn. As Jim, (Jimmy White's dad), was the promoter for EVER of all the races from the early 80's until his death At the Battle Barn in about 2000. YOU ASKED!!!

As with every race one must draw for starting position. With todays technology this is done electronically , You push a button that is linked to a computer :wondering 185202 Sorry there wasn't more action. I should have mounted the go pro Backward :(
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UFh2b_jXSUs. I always have appreciated what the staff at these events do and I let them know they are appreciated. I didn't get a photo of the line up for the second heat as the order is inverted from the 1st heat race. Which starts me Last  Matt Robi #331 Did a great job as we were able to stay up with the others so we gained from their mistakes :D
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6m-pOTByxS8. I will post the main event on another reply in a few! We still want to know how many streamed in on this and watched it live as there were no empty seats in the house 185213 :) I really liked these next 2 photo's as myself and these guys have become good friends, they are upstanding people and great competitors :) 185214 Myself and Matt Robi #331 from Ohio Trike Crew  185215 Mike Cook #23 from Topeka Kansas and Myself Getting ready to do Battle

Well I thought I would share a couple thoughts and maybe give some perspective of how it feels to be taken out by your own son During a race :wondering Let me say that the 1st work at this venue sums it up perfectly. Battle  As a Racer my thought was, the SOB took me out, I am going to kick his
trailprotrailprotrailpro! I was doing good, I was getting tired as were the others. I was starting to get a little sideways coming of the corners. We got tied up and I lost  When you are a close racer like I have been , things happen fast, Very Fast. My son possesses this same quality. I did follow my line and it was up to him to go around me and he was trying as you can see. Him tucking in behind me ain't happening ,because as a father I would have yelled at him if he had done that. He felt bad. I lost my clutch lever on the 1st crash but I was ok to race. When I got to the 88 He was Smokin , throwing sparks, Going out to far so I figured I would slip under him and he came over onto me also!:( I didn't have a clutch lever So I couldn't check up like I needed to Hench Me getting on my top a 2nd time. SO I crashed all 3 of my units. :wondering You see I sold the 88 unit to his dad and that was my personal racer back in the day. I built the #69 unit for my brother back in the day and when he through in the towel I put my son on it. I sold Mine along with my Mxer to buy a sprint car engine in 2000 to #88's dad who I had been racing with for many years :naughty: I also wanted you all to know that I picked myself up off the concrete and made sure that the feature winner had his photo taking in front of the 3ww banner that Billy Sent to me. That is the first time Kruse Motorsports has ever done that for any group of racers. Thank you Toby Kruse and Billy Golightly for hooking us up. :D That was for every one of you people on this website and we hope you appreciated that? I was dying in the victory photo's with my son and my twin grandsons Cause the the 2nd crash bruised some ribs. Anyway enough of being a post whore Here is the feature from my go pro and it was on so you could see all of the action behind me!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WlLvGvBadvs I wanted you all to know that the guy that helped MAtt #331 get started is my Nephew and been my pit guy since he was 15 and is a 33 now with his own family185283 185284 185285185286 I hope you all enjoyed the show. These races would never have happened if it had not been for Jim (Wolf) White Promotions back in the day185287 Have any of you ever seen that before? :naughty:

It isn't all your son's fault. I've heard Ken Schrader say "It was half your fault, you went out there!" Hope you feel better soon. It was pretty cool he was trying to go around on the outside though.

The surface is sprayed with Coke syrup and when the racers are on it the rubber does stick and comes off so after bit the surface is Rubber :wondering So rubber on rubber, we are way hooked up. When on a dry slick track a set up is to move everything to the left. When on a Tacky track one might move everything to the right185884. The width is about 50 inches , It is the position of the 50 inches that makes the difference between in control or out of control  Then for some of us it doesn't matter because we are at the ragged edge and are usually on the side of that edge that is Out of control (OOC) :naughty:
