The pin has a head at one end. The other end is plain. Focusing on the plain end take a small object like an old drill bit that is smaller than the pin and place it on the end of the pin like you would a punch or drift. Cradle the carburetor in your lap, or on a folded up towel, you DO NOT want it resting on a solid object, like a metal bench top.

With the drill bit in place gently rap it with a small piece of wood, or the handle of another screw driver. You are attempting to make the pin come out, but not with so much force that you could break the die cast tab of the carburetor. Small gentle raps are the way to go, not hard hits with a hammer. This is why you don’t want the carb sitting on a solid object that can’t absorb excessive force. If you can just get it to move a fraction of an inch you can keep taping on it, or grasp the head on the other side of the pin with a set of needle nose pliers, or Vise-Grips and rotate it back and forth a little while you pull it out. You may want to try heating it (no flames!) with a heat gun, but I have never had to do that. The main thing is that you don’t want to break the carb.

Putting it back in afterwards may require you to tap on the head to get it in that last little bit, but you don’t have to drive it all the way in. A finger nail thick space between the head of the pin and the carburetor is fine, just as long as the float bowl can pass over it. This will make it easier to get out next time and each time you remove it after the first time it gets easier as the hole loosens up.

If this doesn't work you could brace the tower of the carb on a solid object and hit the pin a little harder, but I won't advise you to get that agressive.

Thx i got it out.now time to clean .i was paranoid to tap on it but it came out easily.how much would a carb kit run for this bike?i noticed when I took off the carb it was a bit wet on the air cleaner side.thx

Wet with what? Maybe just oil from the air cleaner? Most carbs have some residue in the throat, especially 2 strokes.

The only thing that should ever need replacing on that carb is the needle and seat that were under your float tab (if the needle is leaking or has a ring worn into it) and the float bowl gasket. Try JetsRus for those parts.

Make sure you remove your pilot jet and the tube that holds the main jet when you are cleaning. The holes tend to get plugged with crud and the trike won’t run worth a darn like that. Just be careful and use a proper fitting screwdriver, I have broken a pilot jet in one. If it won’t come out don’t force the issue.
