Scored a NOS Tecate Cylinder

I am thinking a big bore kit possibly for this one.

EXACTLY! Use some old worn out cylinder for a big bore. I don't understand why someone would even contemplate an idea like that.

The KXT jugs I have are all sleeved. Can they be pressed out? I will keep searching for one without a sleeve if not. I don't want to run a KX jug as a big bore. I should leave this one standard bore though.

You can have the sleeves machined out and then use them for a big bore I think, but I don't know that for sure. You should be able to find a roached jug for next to nothing.

Why on God's green earth would you even think of using a NOS jug for a big bore?

Sorry Fabs the two KXT jugs I have are sleeved. I have two KX jugs that are sleeved and one that is NOS and not sleeved. Dude chill.

Just so you know, I don't think there's a machinist alive that wouldn't just keep your NOS jug and sell you a big bore core jug. I don't even think that would be considered dishonest. I feel like they'd be doing the world a favor, lol.

A little while back Corey Sprock had 10 or so cylinders bored and ready for nikasil for big bores.
