Do you know if these carburetors and the parts inside will exchange with the OEM parts?

I bought a Chinese replacement for a 200x recently and I was able to replace the jets with stock style jets.

I have swapped the jets before for my OEM ones. It was a Yamaha Bruin 350 Carb. I also have another I just bought for my sons Polaris Predator but have yet to install. I will try to reuse those jets also as there is a pipe and airbox mod on the bike. I wouldn't recommend swapping out the enrichment circuit, slide or float, but just compare all the guts from the OEM to the China Carb you just got. I am sure most of the difference is in the casting of the carb body. The Chinese ones seem to be pretty rough cast, where as the oem are more sharp corners and smoother surface. But for less $100 for a new carb its hard to beat.

Bought one for my zinger. Ended up taking EVERYTHING off the Chinese carb and replacing with oem. Everything on it was junk.

Seems like some are good and some are not. Is there any particular seller or brand that is better?

Both mine came from Caltric. But I'm sure they all sell the same crap!!

If you look at listings for OEM Standard carb for ( whatever bike you have ) OEM Standard is the name of the company , its not an OEM carb . I have one on a 200es . Works fine after I changed the main jet back to stock .

I bought one for my 200s. The slide diameter was a little bigger, so you can't transfer slide or cap. The Chinese carb also didn't have the throttle cable adjustment on the slide cap, so I drilled and tapped the slide cap to accept the adjuster from my old carb. The needle that came with it was substantially longer than stock. I'm currently running the shorter stock needle in it, but not sure I've found the optimum setting for it yet.

It goes without saying that it's likely not jetted correctly, so you'll need to transfer over your pilot and main jets from the old carb, and probably want to verify the float level.

I bought one for my 110 and have just cannibalized for parts since I heard they are so bad. things like petcock, filter, choke, float. they do not seem totally bad, but you definitely need to assess jetting when you install new carb. before installing I would open both carbs and read jet numbers. if your stock jets are physically same then I would transfer the jets.

From my experience with those chinese ebay carbs, take it for what it is as its my experience others have had different, they usually toss whatever jets in it seems like. I think they make them for one engine or another but sell them as working for 2-3 models, sure they fit and the cables work, but the jetting is different between say a 90 and a 110, or a 110 and a 125, etc..

The other thing i have had on the last few i bought was what looked like casting sand in the corners of the bottom of the bowl, so be aware that not only do you want to inspect the jets you also want to inspect the carb, for cleanliness as well. But i can't say they haven't worked, i have had nothing but good luck with them. I had one i bought for a 200S that was jetted wrong, the needle was on the wrong notch, and the float was set wrong, but after fixing all that it was great.

I (and others I know) have done the opposite. Buy the Chinese carb then use the float, needle and seat, petock etc on the original carb. Never had any issues at all.

have one on mine, had to take all the jets from the stock carb and put them in the new one for the trike to run like normal!
