looks to be some sort of aftermarket frame hooked to one of those 90/110 front ends, far right in pic. and that swinger vaguely resembles something used to convert some older dirt bikes to a trike.

Looks like a swingarm off a husqavarna 3wheeler. There was one for sale here local and that swingarm looks the same
