Well i have a 200s motor in my 200x and its time to take out the motor and do the top end gaskets. And while i have it apart i was thinking about putting a 200x piston in but Im not sure if it will fit. And if so is it worth doing?

Stock bore and stroke is the same.
You'll need to measure the cylinder and the piston with the proper tools to determine whether it I'll be acceptable to use.
The 200x piston is a higher compression piston. Yes its worth it. Use the 200x head and carb as well if you have it.

you do not need a 200x piston. you can buy high compression forged pistons from wiseco

call shindy to see what compression their cast pistons are.

No one NEEDS any piston. If you happen to already own a 200x piston, then its worth it.
Shindy has more than one piston for the 192cc Hondas. Buy NOS Honda before you buy shindy, because its generally cheaper and better quality.
Going from 8:1 compression to 9.6:1 is a decent hike in compression.
A 10.25:1 compression wiseco won't make much more power than the 9.6 without a cam. Speaking from experience here.
If all your going to do is put a high compression wiseco in and not change anything else, its not worth the money in my opinion.
