250r/350x front end swap?

Can you swap out the 350x front end trips and all with 250R with out to many modifications?

You need to have the steering stem from the 350x triples pressed into the 250r triples. I believe DC does them? I bought mine already done from a fellow member who wasn't using it. Bolts right on, once the stem is swapped out of course.

Maybe I'm crazy but are you talking tripple trees too? 350x and 250r , one has fake built into the trips one doesn't. Any shop with a press can knock the stems out from what I heard, just he ready to sh]t your pants from the pop of the stem coming loose

I believe DC had to bore out the lower 250r triple a few thousandths, and had to turn down the 350x stem a few thousandths then pressed them together good and tight.
