That vid is a bunch of crap. There may have been a handfull that were offensive, the racial ones, but I grew up when Mattel made the M16 Marauder, the original ad never said anything about taking it to school, it only consisted of the page on the left. There is nothing much different about a lot of those ads that ads we see today in magazines and on TV. Ads about hernia and rupture support under garments for men were common, since they didn't have a cut and dried operating procedure and fiber mesh implants like they do today. Womens underwear ads? Still prevalent in todays Sunday paper, JCPenny catalogs and Victoria's Secret mailings, which kids cans see if they grab the mail before Dad gets home. Alright, Mom too. Inflatable dolls and vibrators? Now the ads are on the radio and TV and in magazines so you can have parties at home for all that stuff. TV ads about boner medication, Feminine hygiene sprays, and tampons? Seriously? If anyone needs any of those things they know where to get them, we don't need to see it on TV. Hell, I don't even watch that much TV and I see too much. Think about how much less medications would cost if pharmaceutical companies didn't pay tons of money for advertising?
They even have groups for guys who have a "Real Doll" for a "partner" WTF???
Politically correct my trailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro, we are slowly swirling the bowl. Grab on to a floater and hang on.......

I'm only 36 and I remember when I was younger there was ashtrays in some stores and the doctors office of all places. Everybody smoked 30 years ago it seemed like. Nobody looked twice if a parent was smoking in a car with a kid, and the kid with no car seat or seat belt. I remember going out to our camp when I was 4 and no booster seat or seat belt for that matter, seat belts weren't required yet, and nobody cared. Now in michigan a child has to be in a rear facing car seat until their 2 years old, although if you own a vehicle old enough it doesn't have seat belts the child does not need a car seat. I actually want an old car to cruise the back roads with my daughter in a couple years, she's only a little over 2 now, her and my niece can jump around like I used to.

I Didn't watch the whole thing , Scooter I'm with you on this one . The back ground music was the most offensive thing for me and shows the intelligence behind it .
Can't think of any reason why someone would post this . Pissed at myself for waisting my time on this crap .

well apparently it is hard to impress the dinosaurs that grew up with this stuff. JK LOL. I am not the one who called these offensive, just simply reposting the live leak title in my thread title. if you don't watch the whole thing then you miss some really funny ones. if you do not like the music, your computer has a volume button.
I know im not as old as some, but yes I miss the simpler times too. one super cold winter day in the late 80's (I was 1st grade?) when no car in the driveway would start. mom opened up the garage and fired up the dads vette to get us kids to school. mom and sis in the seats and me rolling around in the back with mom saying "keep your head down, I don't wanna get pulled over." this would get kids taken away by DCFS these days but that's how things were back then and we all turned out all right.
seems anything you do these days will get you a roll of the eyes from some group of people somewhere.
it just sucks for me, going back to simpler times I can remember, is a time when people were beginning to get law suit happy and courts were dumb enough to award people money for being idiots. that's how trikes got banned and coffee cups got so many hot labels.

I read in the paper this weekend about a 10 year old that got suspended from school for doing the thumb finger styl gun and pointing at a classmate and saying bang.I can remember when you could smoke anywhere. No seatbelts or antilock brakes ,no powersteering ,no power brakes, phones with a rotory dial.Beta vcrs , Back when some people where called smart not phones ,TVs ,cars ect, ect, ect

T-Rex checkin in
I know you didn't make the vid TS
I watched the whole thing and like I said there were very few that were offensive, and most were a lot less questionable than similar ads today.
yup, it sure does, but it's a bit hypocritical to title a video "offensive" then use background music that has the f'enheimer in it.
If these ads were so offensive, why did whomever made the video even look at them or take the time to compile such offensive material?
The problem is politicians and lawyers have made EVERYTHING offensive, even if it's not particularly offensive. It's called Freedom of Speech: People have the right to say what they want. Other people have the right to be offended. But NO ONE has the right to stop someone from doing or saying something because they are offended.
I too would like to go back to simpler times: big V8 engines in cars, The ability to leave your front door and car unlocked with no worries of someone stealing you stuff, and the ability to beat the crap out of a bully when needed instead of having to tell the teacher, principal or cops and have them do nothing. All that and hopefully I'd get my hair back too. ;P

It's really disappointing how society these days is "offended" by every little thing they hear. The world is fillin up with whinin' pusses that won't take responsibility for their own actions. Freedom of speech gives me the right to say whatever the hell I want. Everybody else also has every right to be offended if they want, but that's their problem, and 95% of the time I couldn't care less. People need a reality check. Not everybody thinks the same way you do, and not everybody just wants to make you happy and kiss your ass all the time. I personally am one of those folks that really don't get offended much at all. Gettin offended over something don't do me a lick of good anyway, so why should I even give a sh!t in the first place? I wish I had been born about 30 years earlier so I could've lived through the good 'ol days y'all talk about.

whats weird is that i miss the old cartoons that were on when i grew up in the 80's. You could still catch original Looney Toons and cartoons that they dont run anymore because they arent PC. From 1930 to 1970 they made the freaking BEST cartoons. Crap. now i want to go find some of them to watch again lol.

Depending on how sensitive someone is, there was definitely some offensive material in there. If you didn't see any, maybe take another look.
The producer makes sure to pause on some, my opinion is that he was intending to offend people, which makes him the offense. But he missed the mark with me, because the material didn't offend, just the fact that he took the time to compile the video is a bit offensive to me.
Nine inch nails rocks. There are things about their music that lots of people will never understand.
Thanks for sharing savior!
I have seen a lot of those before around the web..lol still funny though. I cant, for the life of me figure out why people get so upset and crazed over things like this instead of seeing the humor in it or just thinking , well, i don't care for it but...whatever!
Im curious, are there some closeted Liberals on this site? Or some PC police?
The other day my wife was bitching about her bosses and i called them "fags" and she got all drama queen about it... I do that all the time, its like saying, morons, or losers, or dicks ( another word i use a lot) anyhow, shes all like, i have gay friends and they would be hurt by that word! And i was like, then don't say it to them... Thats why i didn't.. Unless you're a fag too! Lol yeah, she said that was even worse! Lol,lol, lol i thought it was funny, i was always told its sticks and stones, can break my bones but names will never hurt me!
