A Powder coat is more durable , that's what I would go with, are you going with Passion Red?

So I got the rest of my parts blasted and had a flood in my basement minor set back but it's given me a goods reason to make some more space and get rid of some junk lol with the newly acquired space I've been looking into getting my own powder coating set up I plan on using a regular kitchen oven only challenge I've been trying to figure out is how to lengthen the oven to fit the frame in has anyone tried this or thought about it could offer any tips?

^ Well, you need a longer main trunk in a square or rectangular size. Access to get the part in and out.

It needs ventilation and some free air openings. Just an air space between the homemade oven and the elements, wire as many elements you wish in series or parallel, whatever. That air space alone has an insulation value.

Those are the basics I can think of.

I would get another old oven, take the door off of both and stick them together face to face mybe use some flashing or something around them after they aare togehter while the part is inside
