spark against head seems weak and yellow but will jolt you.
It was running 2 years ago but sat in corner of garage cause headgasket was leaking.
I dissasembled and relaced head gaskets,rings,valve guide seals,set timing and cant get great spark now.
things ive tried
many new plugs,
used wiring harness with coil,cdi controll box,handle bar switch off a running machine,so ebay seller said.
exciter coil and lighting coils tested within range
verified all grounds tight and clean
only other things i can think of is either i has timing off,pusler coil bad,warped head(got around 125 psi with my junk tested),or timing chain stretched
i have the service manual and it says 2 different air gap setting for it and not sure which one is right.
one page says,.012-.016
the other says .015-.025
dont know if that has a big efect on weak or strong spark?
