Here are a few items my wife found in boxes, numbers are from my TRX. The 3 wheeler pictures are from Batavia,NY, I'm 141, John McCarthy was on the Honda Leading 3 Yamaha's, LOL, John was a Fast Rider. Looks like the TRX is all stock so I would say, late 85 early 86, I'm still wearing my Yamaha pants, Bought the TRX on a Friday Night. Put it in the Van, Went Racing Saturday morning, pulled the wheeler out of the van, put numbers on it, went racing, First time I ever rode a 4 wheeler, Won the Races. AAHHH The Good Ole Days, Just Thought I'd Share
John, You out there?190323190324190325190326190327190328190329

Batavia? Damn I live there! Wonder where they did this at! I've got a feeling this was either at Area 51 or at the fairgrounds. Sweet!

I grew up with a Kawasaki KLT 250! I was 14-15 back in 1985, and had a blast riding around with friends.

I remember lining up with my buddies big red 200.. it was neck and neck till we hit 5th gear and I would walk away from him.. the Kawasaki had the locking diffs.

With the diffs locked I could do 80 kph 50 mph, with it open I could do 100+ kph or 60+ mph!

those were the days.. then all the stories of people getting killed and they banned the 3 wheeler, and the cops would stop all 3 wheelers and harass, for registration bla bla bla..... ruined it

Use to race in Geneva too, raced Syracuse indoors a few times, Raffa reminded me they had a race once at the Erie County Fair. Huge Fair, Andy You Have Great Eyes, I can assure you that when these pictures have been taken on New Machines. With the Awesome Brother in Law that I had at the Time, I had a Modified machine in no time. The Z it took 1 or 2 races and we had a JP Aluminum Gas Tank. Plus a lot of other mods, He was Always doing something to my wheelers. I'd come back from a race, he would ask a lot of questions, and start wrenching, I was truly blessed and Miss Him as well as all my Racing Buddies, Hope some are on here, Dave from Canada? Another guy one week he would win, next I would, we did a lot of dicing on the old 200x. Can't remember his name. etc. etc. etc. don't want to bore you.
