It belongs to the owner of Chaplin Kawasaki. Previous owner was 3Tigers here on the forum. Not too many opportunities to buy a complete one, let alone a fully restored one.

As much as anyone of is would love to ride it and put it through it's paces it should be on display in some muesum. Or hanging above the fireplace.

Chaplin Kawasaki in Connecticut. That's where I purchased all my new OEM plastic for the Tecate. The parts manager was a great guy to deal with, and hope the owner does well with selling the Tiger.

Did Chaplin Kawasaki buy the illest, sickest, 3 wheeler from Newports most wanted aka Dr. Death? I'm saving my $$$$ for that one myself! I spoke with a guy over there, he said he's going to be auctioning off more a Tigers soon, parts too!

i won some tiger parts from them a few weeks ago, my tigers complete now!

Yeah the 125's are quite rare...the motors are real tough to find. 3 wheel drive. I just sent you a PM.
Also, for the Tiger guys I am posting an ad in the classifieds today.

I've always wanted to ask..... Do the tigers use chain sliders? My 200 does not have one, neither does this 125. Over time the swing arm is going to get all chewed up above the swing arm bolt yea?

Very cool trike, did they come with a head light from factory?

No head light, they do come with a dead man switch though.

I never saw an original chain slider on any of mine..one or two backyard specials though.

I was told there was a very rare headlight accessory kit for the super 4. I never saw one.

So did that sell for that price? Anyone here pick it up? Thats a nice price for a minty fresh and rare machine! My tiger is still the same as before, but ive been getting a few things it needed here and there. Mine came pretty much complete so it did not take long to find the parts for it.

Does it seem crazy to anyone else that a 200x brought over double the price.

Tigers as museum pieces, very few. A 200x bringing more money, doesn't surprise me. Eric ran my Tigers, I can tell you that. I don't know of anyone else who has raced Tigers in the new millenium. What's a museum worthy trike to me, nothing. They were meant to run. I guess that is why I didn't care if the Tigers were all original. I didn't want no fricking static display. Sort of like a crated 250r. Big whoop. They all came in crates. My value, nothing. How many cheap SOB's bid on that and backed out? Amazing what people worry about now adays, ain't it.
