My FREE 250SX

Been waiting all winter to pick this one up and i finally got it today. I'm doing some work on a Big Red for a friend from work, and he said he knew one of our customers that had a 85 honda 250 three wheeler that he would give away if someone wanted it. So i called him and asked him about it, and its an 85 SX. Fenders missing, tank is dented, has no key, but it was FREE! motor turns free, hasnt had gas in the tank for a while, cant wait to start tinkering on it. Technically, I felt bad just taking it from the kid, he was like 17. So i paid him 50 bucks to help me load it. I've never owned one of these bikes, but ive heard only great things about them.

Dont feel bad for the kid lol. His parents are loaded. He had brand new snowmobiles and 4 wheelers and utvs all over the place. He had this thing thing buried in a corner behind all of his other toys.

Definitely better shape than what I paid for my money pit SX I picked up back in January. I'm about $1500 deep in NOS and some aftermarket goodies. New fiberglass fenders, Cobra exhaust, PRM 6-Pack rack, freshly rebuilt carb from the talented Flyingw.
