Just a few questions DX225 and KLT160

So I have 3 DX225's that im trying to make 2 good ones out of and I picked up a 1993 250 timberwolf for next to nothing, just did some work for a buddy (it needs a starter and shift lever and who knows from there, i haven't seen it run). So that brings me to one of my questions. My plan was to swap the timberwolf engine and swingarm into one of the DX's. I know the engine will fit but has anyone swapped in the swingarm? It looks like it will swap and the overall length is about 2 inches longer so i think that would be a plus.

My other Question is will a KLT185 or a 185 bayou rear end swap into a klt160? this klt160 I picked up has the entire rearend torn apart and is missing the driveshaft and a bunch of other misc stuff. Im having a little trouble finding the complete 160 assembly for a good price. Any thoughts?

I have a complete rear end for the 160. What do you think is a reasonable price. I actually have a whole bike with no cracks in the plastic with a good Oem seat. Let me know if you want anything I will be parting it out soon.

The cheapest one I that I just looked up was 160 shipped but was missing some stuff. The 185 bayou rearend that im looking at is 80 bucks shipped. All of the other 160 rears are 250 plus+

I will be at trikefest this year but I don't think I would have room for the bike with all the other stuff. But if you need anything specific I would definitely bring parts. I will be taking it apart this weekend and posting parts in the classifieds.

the timberwolf swingarm is wider where it bolts to the frame.
