Hey stillhunter, you might know this, but you can fix that expansion chamber. Pressurize it and heat the dents, they'll pop out.

Ya, the brother in law has a set up for his yz. This has a couple of little cracks in it though, so I'm not sure it would work.

Sold this bike last year. Wish I kept it. 1984 Yamaha IT 250. It was a great old bike.

Cracks and dents are costing you serious HP.

By the way a lot of newer parts fit on the older KTM models. Just put a new front fender on my 2002

That looks good. Maybe one day ill fix mine up. For now its all about my son & daughters rides.
