I brought a 200es last year, rode it for about 6 months and decided to restore it, so I stripped the whole trike down to the frame. Sandblasted the frame and the motor and painted it at my friends panel shop here in Australia. Also my friend owns his own chroming shop so we chromed a few bits and pieces including all the bolts. The bike is only going to be used as a vineyard bike instead of walking everywhere. Still trying to find a decent set of rear fenders, as there are no parts here in Australia like the US. What you guys think so far? Thanks

The last photo is what it used to look like before i did most of the work.

How do y'all say it over there? "NOCE!"? (my Australian accent saying nice.) Chrome parts are diffidently a nice change. I give you a A+

Dman, we say "NOCE", yes it getting there slowly, the chrome pieces give it a good touch. Once it is done it will be used but will look after it though.

Oile very hard to find decent set of fenders here in Australia, I've looked on eBay but no one wants to ship the fenders! The shipping will be more than the fenders but working on finding a decent set

Jake, Iam in Perth! Yeah the trike is looking good, almost finished! I have had a friend plastic weld the cracks in fenders, will bog them up and plastic prime them then paint at my friends panel shop! But I still want to buy a decent set too, eBay has had a few but ridiculous price to get send over, there are a set over US but the guy wants 700$ delivered for the set, prefer to buy another 200es if I came up! You got any leads on fenders? Thanks

Jake I've looked on gumtree and eBay, few coming up but they don't want to just sell the fenders, I even offer 500$ just for fenders but the bike goes for 800$! I'll keep trying! Iron chop it's looking good, it's just a vineyard bike and won't be thrashed, I just ride it instead of walking everywhere!

Dman, I have painted the rims silver but I cant put them on yet as it wont fit out of the house, but i wont put new tires on yet, i still have a half decent set on them. I will get a new set soon though. Thanks Bret, I have a new front fender, but i cant get rear fenders, i have a set that were cracked and have been plastic weldered as i cant get fenders, they have flat spots in them now. So i will bog them up at my friends panel shop and paint. But iam concened the paint wont stick too well to the plastic. I have painted the plastic sub trans cover and turned out nice, but not sure of the fenders. All i need to do now is sandblast and paint exhaust, new carby (which i have) paint front rim, and upolster the seat. Hopefully be done in the next few weeks and i can post the final product.
