Tried removing my bleed nipple and it is corroded in tight. I have put some penetrating lube on it and will try again. I have another front caliper and managed to get the bleed nipple out but it is heavily corroded as well. Reason I need them out is because I am having them powder coated as part of my restoration . The question I have is can you still purchase replacement oem or aftermarket nipples. The one I got out is longer and tapers down than the usual ones I've seen.

Any other tips on rebuilding the front and rear caliper would be appreciated. I assume the front and rear caliper use the same bleed nipple.

P/N is 43352-568-003, both ends likely very generic.

Aside from the penetrating lube I'd take a small propane torch and heat the nipple till it just starts turning red. Just don't put flame to the aluminum. The expansion from the heat brakes the corrosion bonding the two parts and they usually come out easily afterwards.

As far as rebuilding the calipers someone on here just found out that 30 year old NOS ebay O-rings are dry and cracked. Looks like Honda still sells the seals, go with new OEM.

The Bleeder Screw is still available from Honda for $5.
