Hoosierlogger good point. I think I just came to terms with getting burnt out of $400us which is a lot of cash for me. I don't want others to get burnt so I wanted to make members aware.

Fabiodriven I was just trying to direct members to review the post in the correct forum (buyer/seller feedback). It really sucks when some bad apples rip credible members off.

Bad news for ya Jc... He just relisted your items and more for sale less than an hour ago. This guy has a name,address,ip. Sue his ass and make an example of him. Not sure how that would work with you in Canada though.. Really sorry to see this garbage. His day will come :) :) :) :)

Are you 100% positive this is the guy? I am willing to start contacting him through CL and blowing up his email to try to get him to come clean. I live in northern NY, not terribly close but close enough to at least try to help.

I would even be willing to ship these parts if I can get ahold of them somehow. I have shipped to the Great White North a couple of times.....But one thing, being it will be kind of a large package due to the seat, it will NOT be cheap. Probably north of $100 US if I had to take an educated guess at it....

This is a long shot, but if the parts are by chance obtained by a non-pussbag such as yourself and can made available along highway I-29 (anyone???) in late August I could pick them up and take them to WPG for the cost of the GST at Pembina. A lot of good things would need to happen between now and them, but if they do keep me in mind.
