Hi from the Barossa Valley in South Australia. My sone recently dropped off a 1979 ATC 70 before went overseas for work with the request "can yo do it up and make it run properly"? Well as he was paying for parts I thought I would give it a go. $800 + later it is running well and looks pretty good. Well my interest was fired up so started looking for another one to have a go at and ended up with a 74 ATC70 and 80 ATC110 and the remains of a 90 (frame, engine rea wheels with good tyres and front wheel with blown tyre). The 110 is in reasonable condition and shouldn't need much spent on it I hope. The 90 needs plenty of work but is basicly sound. The biggest job is going to be repairing the mudgards and repainting. It also needs a top end job.As a newby to these I guess I am going to asking for help with parts and advice.

Will post more photos as work proceeds

Welcome, and watch out it can become obsessive. Goodluck with your builds, I won't be of much help, the main machine i'm familiar with is the 350x but there will be so many people on here that will help its amazing.

Hi all just made a check of the 110 motor and found it is 1983 model with CDI but the frame is a 1980. I guess it is a better motor with the CDI. When I got it it was blowing a lot of smoke from exhaust but the previous owner said he had run it on 25 to 1 two stroke for a while !!!!!!!! and he had recently changed the oil but overfilled the crank case. On starting there is some smoke but after about 30 seconds and when reving the motor it become quite heavy I have cleaned the muffler out with solvent as it was quite clogged with oily carbon that helped a bit. I am hoping that it will clear up or I will just have to put some new valve seal in. Oh well just have to keep throwing money at it.
