I'm not a utility trike guy and,
I'm feeling kinda surly today so,
even though all that really matters is your opinion
you did ask what I think so I'll tell ya:
I see 2 $100 parts trikes / money pits and a $50 parts pile.
That's based on my own experience paying too much for similar condition trikes. I stay away now... it's difficult...

Even if none of them run I see at least your money back in parts. Just gotta be willing to tear them down clean the parts and list them.

Agreed. I was looking for a pair of the 25x13.50-9 swampers not too long ago. I would tube them if they leak and save them. Don't wear them out on pavement or spin them out. I saw a almost new pair go on ebay for $450 without rims. Seems like old school tires fetch big bucks if in good condition.

If you feel it's worth it to you, and you have a purpose for these machines and will use the parts, then you didn't go wrong.
Trike prices are all over the place anymore. Today I seen someone selling a trashed 2nd gen 250r for $1600. And a first gen parts bike for $850. Then I see two really nice ALT125's for $700, you could sell the fenders and almost make your money back. So if it's worth $450 to you, then it's worth it.
