Steering Stop

Hey guys does anyone know where I would be able to get a steering stop that would be welded onto the frame of a 85 BR? Does anyone have one or has anyone made one before? Any help is appreciated, thanks fellas!

If not could I trouble someone to snap a pic of the neck of their frame with the stop?

If there are any other 1985 Honda 250ES Bigred shots you may need of it let me know.
That 3rd. picture is a double screw up in wording,,,, supposed to be full right turn,,,
