83 200 running issues

83 atc 200 three wheeler. Starts right up but idles crazy like its gonna blow up, then she goes way back down like she'll die

Air leak between engine and carb.
Plugged jet in carb
Loose flywheel.

Stuck throttle in carb. Does it die back down if you play with the throttle ?
