my 73 ATC 70. first year made?

Finally after years of searching i found a 70! A little rough but there pretty much non existint where i live and it runs great.will eventually try to restore it as origional as possible. So my question is, is 73 the first year for the 70?

Yes i think it was a custom ad on, that and exhaust is the only thing that got backyard modifyed thank god lol
