Ok so I was looking through post and somebody had posted a Bill of Sale form that they had made up I really liked it but when I saw it I was at work so I could not download it. Now I can not for the life of me find it again so if anybody can help me locate it I would be grateful. I am purchasing a trike later in the week and I wanted to bring that just in case

Your states department of motor vehicles usually has them available at the office. Or you can usually download them from their website. Indiana has a nice one available.

I downloaded mine from the montana department of transportation, which I highly recommend you doing from new yorks site as they might not accept the one that was created that you were looking for

I would love to but on dmv site for new york it says make your own. I usually use the tax form from ny as my bill of sale because it has all the info they request but I like to have as much as i can when it comes to the dmv here.

This is the way to go as different DMV's have different requirements. With that said, the DMV will even take a piece of paper, as long as it has the old owners and new owners name, make/model, serial number, date of sale and sale price.
