So, My ALT finally starts,and rides pretty nice. Few bugs to work out an could really use help findin some parts if i cant mcgyver what i have?? Rather do it right,but i know somethings just off a bit. I feel it. So got the timing chain right,i think? Starts real easy. Dont even gotta prime. Primer diaphram has pinholes. Couldnt find at first but persistance paid off. I did somethin i wont mention to keep gas from leakin out weep hole so i could work on it safer. Cleaned carb 5 times now,still cant get it to an even idle without choke pulled at least a lil? After lubricating,choke lowers itself as bike heats up?? Doesnt go all the way down,but close. I can get it to idle with choke off,but it seems good for a sec,a lil uneven,some sputter pops(small) and chuffs from carb opening cus i havent put air cleaner boot back on. Would that help?? I do notice it runs different if u put fingers over hole,not blocking fully just some? It revs real high then i get scared turn back idle stop a lil it goes down a bit then tries to die,so i turn screw up a lil and it gets a ok idle then high rev after a sec?? Ive sprayed carb cleaner all over and nothin happens. I have throttle play at .5 in,about. Main throttle needle is on second notch from the top,havent tried movin it yet? Have valves guaged at.04 maybe a hair more. Thats what made it finally.had no gap...less. havemain adjust screw out 1+3/4 turns. The screw is new lookin,was no lil rubber seal,just a spring. Idle stop screw has rubber seal and spring,tip is kinda worn uneven slightly. All fuel lines are nee and clean,carbs super clean. Floats are measuring correct from edge of bowl. No petcock. And original fuel pump was replaced with a plastic one. I have ran the upper carb breather hose to the breather spot on the gas tank as book says? Had a screw in it originally. Now ignition coil. Sparkplug strong and gapped right. Not much else i can think of for all if checked? I did have to mend some wiring. No lights. Just cant get idle without the weird high rev,then sputtering an dyin with choke off? I have no clue how far in or out the idle stop screw should be about??? Wondering if i should go .05,.06?? With the valves? Or maybe timing chains one tooth off?? Therse some white smoke from tailpipe? A lil stinky. Comes and goes. Mostly when cold. Lil smokin from the fron exhaust,old oil that dripped in or on it. Was bad backfiring before i adjusted valves,but that was when it wouldnt start at all. Black backfires then. Chainged oil,lil white smoke now. Figure its normal,or will go away?? My honda stinks a lil too so?? Just not sure what to try now?? Wish there was someone in chico cali area that knows an wants to make a few bucks helpin me?? Aint got much but... i do tattoos?? Love fixin other peoples crap art? I might have somethin to trade?? Got a old galaxy s phone? A new iphone 4s im tryin to sell?? Fly fishing rods?? Lol !! HELP!!! IM A DESPERATE MAN!!! (Straight-married) not that desperate....i joke i joke.. anyways thats the downlow on this project. Need to get it done so i can start the next one. Want to convert one of them minimoto pocket bikes into a lil mini tuff 3wheeler,or drift trike?? Got the frame,forks,handlebars,pegs,welder,tools... just gotta figure a way. Got the will. Thanks. Well,small update. I threw air cleaner boot back on and it seems like its made a difference and maybe itll finally adjust right for me tomarrow? I think i make back the valves out a lil more and see if itll let me lower the idle without dying?? Maybe theyre still a lil too tight and the back pressure isnt allowing it to slow down right?? I know? Jibberish. But the thing has super good compression?? Even my big drill is havin a hard time turning it over. But it starts on the first rotation? Thats good right?? The more things i seal the quiker it fires up. It was a few seconds an some throttle. Now i pull choke,pull trigger on drill an boom runnin. Is the choke supposed to close on its own when warm? Its doin so? And i didnt notice at first. Its like this things fixin itself a lil?? Stephen kings Christine?? Also wifes name. And it was my favorite book then movie before i met her?? Weird. Think ill call my zuki christine?? She is bein a mean trailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro! So is the 3 wheeler!!! Lol. Anyone have a line on a new or good primer/plunger/ diaphram thing?? I got the $$?? Hopefully. I didnt see how to just change the diaphram?? Tried patching the pinholes,but couldnt?? Plus i just turn drill backwards on accident before a quick ride? Leakin bad now. Think i popped it? I dont need to use it tho? Bike starts anyways...plug hole fer now huh?? Gnite. Primer anyone?? Paypall,transfer?? Whatever? Late

Why am i a armchair racer?? Not getn it? Is that bad or good?? I dont own a armchair,but ill race ya?? My big hondas pretty fast for half a car?? Lol.

progress!! new primers show up at Partzilla, Metric parts outlet, suzuki partshouse all new would be good to get a carb kit to replace worn idle screw, does need o-ring and washer on fuel mixture screw my opinion is it's best to tune with air cleaner on as it affects airflow also pay attention to air vents inside venturi area of carb as i had one clogged before and wreaked havoc not allowing the siphon effect a carb operates with
