BDT motorsports in Rancho Cucamonga will make you a custom pipe. It won't be cheap.

If you have time, keep eye out for one on ebay or trx250r.net as I always see a couple pop up for sale from guys who don't want them. You can usually get a pretty good deal. Shearer Pipes will make you a drag pipe. Last time I was quoted around $500-600 for my 85 250r about 3 years ago.
